HVC has working procedures in place for all departments so as to ensure that our company policy is adhered to and quality of our products and services is improved on a daily basis. We have implemented ISO 9001:2008 as part of our operation which ensures we have daily and monthly quality targets and checkpoints.

We do continuous research with regards to our industry and quality incidents that may have occurred with other companies so as to put preventative procedures in place to ensure we don’t encounter similar incidences, which leads us to do continuous training of all staff employed so as to ensure they are fully competent in their areas of operation.

We believe in getting it right the first time, hence we practice built-in quality in all jobs. We ensure that there is regular QC on all products, focusing more on crucial checkpoints. Most of our products go through testing and a test certificate is issued when products meet all minimum requirements as per test specifications
